Esports Scrim & Strategy Platform

Organizing practice matches (scrims) and developing effective in-game strategies are constant challenges for competitive esports teams. I created RiftSurge as an all-in-one platform where teams can efficiently plan their scrims and then leverage AI to gain deep analytical insights into their strategy and performance.

As a personal project, I am building the entire platform from end to end. My work involves creating the backend systems to manage team rosters and scheduling, engineering the AI engine that analyzes match data, and developing the Vue.js frontend for a collaborative dashboard.

AI-Powered Fitness & Wellness App

The fitness app market is crowded with generic, one-size-fits-all plans. I built FitAIlly to be a truly personalized wellness partner, using AI to generate workout and nutrition plans that are specifically tailored to an individual's unique goals, preferences, and progress.

I developed this entire cross-platform mobile app for both iOS and Android from concept to completion. Using Ionic and Vue.js, I focused on creating a fast, native-like user experience and implementing the complex AI logic for plan generation.

Technical Consulting & Platform Modernization

HALEO was experiencing significant growing pains with its existing platform. Their legacy codebase was unstable and not built to scale, creating internal process bottlenecks and hindering their ability to efficiently serve their clients.

I was engaged as a technical consultant to provide both strategic guidance and hands-on implementation. My role involved analyzing their systems, advising their leadership on key technical decisions, and executing targeted code refactoring to improve stability and scalability.

Regional League Frontend

The regional league needed a public-facing website with a modern, trendy design to showcase its activities. The site had to be fast, mobile-friendly, and capable of displaying live game data being generated by the main CCPQC management platform.

I built a high-performance headless frontend using React and Next.js, which consumes data from the backend via a GraphQL API. I focused on creating a visually engaging, mobile-first user experience and ensuring that live game data was displayed instantly and accurately.

Competitive Circuit Management

The FKBQ federation was managing their entire multi-league competitive circuit with manual processes, leading to delays and heavy administrative work. They needed a centralized digital platform to streamline operations for everyone from league managers to individual club administrators.

Using the TALL stack, I architected and built a comprehensive web application from the ground up. I implemented a full suite of features including automated standings calculations, live tablet-based score reporting, dynamic schedule generation, and a granular permissions system for clubs.
