The Challenge

HALEO's platform was struggling to keep up with their success. The legacy codebase suffered from stability issues, leading to downtime and a poor user experience. Furthermore, its architecture was not scalable, which made adding new features difficult and created significant manual workarounds for their internal teams, slowing down operations.

My Solution

I was brought on as a technical consultant to diagnose these issues and chart a path forward. My process involved a deep-dive code audit, strategic sessions with their leadership team to align on business priorities, and the creation of a phased modernization roadmap. I then moved from strategy to execution, personally refactoring critical sections of the codebase to improve performance and stability.
